1. Do you have an exchange policy?
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have not been opened. We will exchange unopened hair extensions for store credit only valid within 30 days of receiving the products.
All Heaven's Melody extensions come sealed with security void label. Once opened, the hair can not be exchanged. No exceptions can be made.
2. Do you have a return policy?
Human hair extensions and beauty products are hygienic. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

You must contact us within 30 days for more details.
4. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

We will provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within 30 days of the date you receive your hair extensions.
